HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS CONFIRMED?

Because we pride ourselves in processing your orders quickly and efficiently, once your order has been confirmed, we can no longer cancel or modify your order. Please see our return policy for additional information.

WHEN IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST) are typically processed and shipped within 4 business day. Once an order has processed, delivery time depends on the chosen shipping method and product availability.

HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Your Marc Le’Var tracking number will be included in your shipment confirmation email. Follow the link directly to the UPS site and enter your Marc Le’Var tracking number.
